Sean Rutter – Managing Director
Sean has headhunted exceptional senior leaders across international markets for privately funded ventures and major listed businesses (NASDAQ, FTSE 100, Euronext, CAC 40 etc.) Often these searches require a senior leader for an operating country which is part of a larger international group. The size of these operations can range from USD$200m to USD$2.5bn in top line revenue. A common feature is the significant impact these leaders have made through digital transformation, commercial growth and operational efficiency. Many of these leaders are the best international talent as Chief Officers, Regional Heads and General Managers who have continued an upward trajectory in their career path. Sean has been particularly successful with diversity and inclusion and improved governance in Emerging and Frontier markets.
Prior to being a headhunter, Sean was an Editor for the UK broadcast television sector working on independent productions for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and MTV Europe. He has also completed full time and reserve service in the Royal Military Police and The Parachute Regiment. Sean has an MBA from Cass Business School, London and an IDPC from INSEAD’s International Directors Programme in Corporate Governance.
